BELLIS or DAISY

These are dwarf-growing, herbaceous perennials with double flowers in shades of white, pink or red. They are very invasive on good soils, whether light or heavy. Frequently used as edging plants, they prefer ground which does not dry out too readily. Self-sown seedlings are common or the plants may be increased both easily and quickly by division in summer.
