Prostrate creeping plants that are ideal for covering the surface of the soil in containers that include other plants or for hanging baskets. Leaves are small and multi-coloured, and seem to take on ever more bright colours if plants are given only the minimum amount of fertilizer. Plants root readily into peat, gravel or any other loose surface that they may wander over-rooted pieces should be cut from the parent plant and potted up individually.
